In photography class, this week, we are working on stopping motion. We’re using telephoto lenses and external flashes to capture water dropping into a dish and then the aftermath of the water coming back up. Here’s an example of the work. This was the practice inage, that I did with the class. Better examples to come. I added tempera paint to the water to give it some color. We put the cameras on continuous mode, changed our aperture to between 8 and 16, our shutter to 1/125 sec and the ISO to 200.
